it was on an obscure 7" but is AMAZING. even with the dude singing.

I realized that the song i wrote "gonna groove all night" has the same exact chords as destroyer's Way of Perpetual Roads. I wrote it before i heard the song though.

somehow, to me capstan shafts sounds like a mix mainly of robert pollard, nmh demos (especially the monroe house demos) and early dan bejar and very early modest mouse… i like it.
brett, how was the rubdown show?
